Every bulk order is confirmed with delivery terms before it ships. Here is the general approach, with the exact detail agreed on your quote.

Delivery
- Free UK delivery on bulk orders above the threshold confirmed in your quote.
- Most orders arrive within two to five working days once confirmed and paid.
- Larger or palletised orders are booked with a delivery window and a contact on the day.
- We deliver across mainland UK. Islands and remote postcodes may take longer and are quoted separately.
Checking your order
Please check your delivery on arrival. Count the items against the dispatch note and inspect for any transit damage. If something is short or damaged, note it with the driver where possible and let us know within fourteen days so we can put it right quickly.
Returns and replacements
- Faulty or damaged goods are replaced or refunded once verified. We arrange collection at our cost.
- Unopened, resaleable stock can be returned by agreement within fourteen days. A restocking fee may apply on large custom orders.
- Perishable commodities cannot be returned once delivered, except where there is a quality fault, which we will always make good.
